Sam is a Musculoskeletal Therapist and Movement Specialist with over 16 years of experience helping individuals improve how their bodies move, perform and recover.
Working with everyone from elite athletes and ultramarathoners to senior executives and everyday professionals, Sam’s focus is always the same: helping people develop stronger, more resilient bodies that support both performance and long-term health.
Sam holds a BSc (Hons) in Strength and Conditioning Science from St Mary’s University, and his work integrates evidence-based strength training with a deep understanding of biomechanics, movement quality and human adaptability. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, Sam’s approach looks at the body as an interconnected system, identifying movement limitations, improving tissue capacity and restoring efficient mechanics.
His professional development extends far beyond formal education. Over the years, Sam has continued to refine his practice through specialist training, mentorships and seminars with leading experts in biomechanics, sports therapy, Olympic & Powerlifting weightlifting and athletic performance. Through this ongoing learning and collaboration with track and field coaches, physiotherapists, medical professionals and other strength specialists, he has developed a broad and highly practical toolkit for solving complex movement and performance problems.
For many years Sam worked in Mayfair, London, coaching senior executives and high-performing professionals in the City. In this environment he specialised in helping clients manage the physical demands of demanding careers while maintaining high levels of physical performance, energy and resilience. Alongside his client work, he also mentored and led teams of personal trainers, developing high standards of coaching, programming and client care.
Sam’s coaching portfolio spans a wide range of disciplines including track and field athletes, equestrian competitors, endurance athletes, triathletes and recreational trainees. Regardless of the sport or goal, his work always begins with understanding the individual, their movement patterns, training history, lifestyle demands and long-term objectives, before building a tailored strategy to support sustainable progress.
Whether someone is recovering from injury, working to improve athletic performance or simply looking to regain confidence in how their body moves, Sam’s aim is to provide the guidance, structure and insight needed to build strength, restore movement and develop lasting physical resilience.
